Graduates earn 821 degrees, certificates from NHTI-Concord's Community College


About 24.5 percent of the 821 degrees and certificates handed out by NHTI-Concord's Community College in 2017-18 were to students in health professions and related programs, making them the most popular programs that year, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The agency's National Center for Education Statistics shows the public institution in Concord conferred 160 associate's degrees and 41 certificates in health professions and related programs.

But the single most popular program was for a associate's degree in general studies. Data shows the school gave out 124 associate's degrees in general studies, followed by 76 certificates in information technology and 47 associate's degrees in criminal justice/law enforcement administration.

The college enrolled 3,666 students for 2017-18, all of whom were enrolled in undergraduate programs.
